Thai Green Curry Shrimp

MASALA FRIED FISH

Ingredient for the recipe

Basa 1 Fillet(200 gm)
Rava to coat
Oil To shallow Fry
FOR THE MASALA .
Turmeric Powder ½ tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Ginger 2 tsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Lime Juice of 1 Lime according to your taste.
FOR THE CABBAGE AND MANGO SALAD. .
Olive oil 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds ½ tsp
Red & Green Chilli 1 Slit each
Curry Leaves 2 to 3
Spring Onion 1 Sliced Diagonally
Cabbage ½ Cup Shredded
Salt & Pepper to taste
Ripe Mango ½ slice diced
Vinegar ½ tsp
Sugar 9 pinch
Grated Coconut To garnish

REQUIRED FISH

Basa Fillet 500 gram

HOW TO PREPARE

    • Defrost the fish as per instruction and wash.
    • Blend ginger, garlic, turmeric, red chilli and lemon Juice.
    • Make slits in the fish and apply the masala. Marinate for 20 minutes
    TIP: 
    Serve with warm cabbage and mango salad.
