Thai Green Curry Shrimp

Dry Chilli Fish

Ingredient for the recipe

Egg white 1
Maida 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Pepper 1 tbsp
Salt To taste
Fish 500 gm
Onion chopped 1
Green chilli chopped 4
Capsicum 1 (cut in small cubes)
Green chilli sauce 1 tsp
Tomato sauce 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup

REQUIRED FISH

Red Snapper, Alternate : Seer Fish Pieces 500 gram or Emperor Pieces 500 gram

HOW TO PREPARE

    • Defrost the fish as per instructions and wash.
    • Marinate the fish with the above given ingredients and keep it aside for 10 mins.
    • Fry the fish until 75% of it is done. In another pan sauté green chillies, capsicum and onions.
    • To it add tomato sauce, soya sauce, salt and sauté well.
    • Add the fried fish to it and mix well.
    • To make it more spicy, you may add pinch of pepper powder.
    • Remove from fire, serve hot.
TIP: 
Good with fried rice and chappathi.
